Instructor Registration Terms & Conditions
WHEREAS Car Driving School desires to obtain the benefit of the services of the Independent contractor, and the Contractor desires to offer such services on the terms and conditions set forth.

  1. No Employer-Employee relationship exists; therefore, the contractor will be paid as an independent contractor on an hourly basis.
  2. The Contractor at all times, faithfully, and to the best of their skills, experience, and talent, perform all duties of their position. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the contractor shall comply with all Car Driving School policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  3. As an In-Car Driving Instructor [the Contractor], is required to perform the duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.
    1. Provide In-car driving instructions to clients (students) designated by Car Driving School.
    2. Indemnify and save the school harmless from any and all claims arising out of the performance of the above duties.
    3. Shall be responsible for all expenses associated with the delivery of the above duties.
    4. Shall supply with safety certified and dual brake vehicles.
    5. Shall bear all the expenses for fuel, active auto insurance, vehicle maintenance, roof sign, etc.
  4. Termination of Contract can be done by either party by giving not less than two-week written notice, any property of Car Driving School will be returned at the time of termination.
  5. Non – Competition
    1. It is further acknowledged and agreed that following termination of this agreement, for any reason, the contractor shall not solicit business from current or future clients.
    2. The Contractor is not permitted to receive any other forms of compensation (Cash, etc.) from students, aside from their hourly rate made available to them by Car Driving School.
